We collect only the information required to deliver high-performance software engineering, project scoping, and technical consulting:

A. Information You Voluntarily Provide

  • Direct Contact Data: Full name, corporate email address, WhatsApp/phone number, physical address, and company name provided via our contact forms or onboarding calls.
  • Project Assets & Credentials: Architecture briefs, GitHub repository invites, database schemas, API keys, and UI assets shared for development.
  • Billing Information: Official company invoicing data, wire/SWIFT details, and tax identifiers. (Note: We never store direct credit card numbers on our servers).

B. Information Automatically Processed

  • Technical Telemetry: IP addresses, browser types, session timestamps, and device analytics collected to ensure server stability and prevent DDoS vulnerabilities.

2. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR & Global Standards)

We process personal and client data under the following legitimate legal frameworks:

  • Contractual Execution: To fulfill milestones outlined in Statements of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreements (MSA).
  • Legitimate Technical Interest: To monitor code deployments, perform automated testing, and secure client cloud infrastructure.
  • Statutory Compliance: Maintaining transparent accounting records under corporate and international trade regulations.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Proprietary Data Protection

Strict AI Confidentiality Protocol: Devify Tech enforces zero-retention policies on proprietary codebases. Your custom source code, business logic, and private client databases are never used to train public Large Language Models (LLMs).

When leveraging enterprise AI engines (such as Anthropic Claude or OpenAI APIs) for software builds and workflow automations, all transmissions execute via encrypted, enterprise-grade endpoints with strict zero-data-retention parameters.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless expressly modified by a mutual Statement of Work:

  • Full Client Ownership: Upon complete settlement of all agreed-upon project invoices, complete ownership of custom source code, databases, design tokens, and documentation transfers solely to the client without recurring vendor lock-in.
  • Pre-Existing Frameworks: Devify Tech grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license for any internal boilerplate libraries integrated into final builds.

5. International Cross-Border Data Transfers

Because Devify Tech serves high-ticket international clients in the United States, UK, UAE, and EU, your data may be stored across distributed cloud servers (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Supabase). We utilize European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and end-to-end TLS 1.3 encryption to protect transatlantic data flows.

6. Your Rights Under Global Privacy Laws

Regardless of your geographic location, you retain the legal right to:

  • Request full export of all personal/project data held by Devify Tech.
  • Request immediate deletion ("Right to be Forgotten") of obsolete server logs and non-statutory records.
  • Revoke communication consents at any time.
